اوغلو: نتابع تصرفات واشنطن بتفاؤل حذر

اسطنبول: قال الامين العام لمنظمة المؤتمر الاسلامي اكمل الدين احسان اوغلو يوم السبت ان العالم الاسلامي يتابع كيف ستتصرف الولايات المتحدة تجاه عملية السلام الفلسطينية الاسرائيلية المتوقفة ويتساءل عن الكيفية التي يمكن ان تحل بها النقاط الرئيسية الشائكة. وبلغ السخط العربي ازاء بيانات من واشنطن اعتبرت مؤيدة لاسرائيل ذروته الاسبوع الماضي عندما اعلن الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس انه لا يرغب في التنافس في الانتخابات القادمة مستشهدا بالشعور بخيبة الامل تجاه الرئيس الامريكي باراك اوباما.
وتركز احباط عباس تجاه اوباما على تخلي الادارة الامريكية عن دعمها لمطالب "بتجميد" البناء الاستيطاني الاسرائيلي في الضفة الغربية المحتلة وتأييد وجهة نظر اسرائيل بان التوسع الاستيطاني لا يجب ان يكون عائقا امام استئناف محادثات السلام. وقال اوغلو "نود ان نحتفظ بامالنا في ان تترجم تعهدات الرئيس اوباما والنوايا الطيبة الى واقع حقيقي ولكننا وجدنا بالطبع ان المفاوضات بأكملها تعود الى نقطة البداية."
وقال لرويترز "الشيء الحتمي لاي مفاوضات هو وقف المستوطنات.. مازلنا متفائلين رغم حقيقة ان هناك اكثر من سبب لا يدعونا للتفاؤل." وتأسست منظمة المؤتمر الاسلامي التي تتخذ من جدة مقرا لها وتضم 57 دولة في اوائل السبعينات. وفي حين ان منظمة المؤتمر الاسلامي ليس لها نفوذ سياسي مباشر الا انها تمثل اكثر من مليار مسلم.
ورفض رئيس الوزراء الاسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو وقف البناء في المستوطنات التي تعتزم اسرائيل ضم الكثير منها بموجب اي اتفاق سلام نهائي. ومن المقرر اجراء الانتخابات الفلسطينية في 24 يناير كانون الثاني رغم انه لا يوجد كثيرون يهتمون بالاضطلاع بدور عباس مما يلقي شكوكا حول المصالحة بين الفصائل الفلسطينية المتنحارة وكذلك بعملية السلام مع اسرائيل.
وجاءت تصريحات احسان اوغلو وهو استاذ تاريخ تركي اصبح امينا عاما لمنظمة المؤتمر الاسلامي في عام 2005 قبل قمة اقتصادية لاقت انتقادات من منظمات حقوق الانسان لاستضافتها الرئيس السوداني عمر حسن البشير الذي صدرت بحقه مذكرة اعتقال بتهمة جرائم حرب.
ومن المتوقع ايضا ان يصل رئيس الوزراء الفلسطيني سلام فياض والرئيس السوري بشار الاسد والرئيس الايراني محمود احمدي نجاد الى اسطنبول يوم الاحد للمشاركة في القمة التي من المتوقع ان تركز على تعزيز التحالفات الاقتصادية بين الدول الاعضاء بمنظمة المؤتمر الاسلامي.
وزادت قائمة الضيوف للقمة التي تستغرق يوما واحدا من بواعث القلق من ان تركيا المرشحة لعضوية الاتحاد الاوروبي والحليف الاقليمي المهم لواشنطن بدأت تتحول عن سياستها الخارجية الموالية للغرب في الوقت الذي تنأى فيه بنفسها عن اسرائيل حليفتها التقليدية.
وقال اوغلو "لا اعتبر ان تعزيز تركيا لعلاقتها مع جيرانها او مع دول منظمة المؤتمر الاسلامي بوجه عام بديلا عن علاقاتها مع الدول الاخرى ومنها دول الاتحاد الاوروبي او الغرب.

Dear Mr. Oglu, while 10.000 Kurds were suffering, facing brutal death, in Kurdistan , your Hippocratic and dirty minded racists had a conference , just after a week, I do understand you hate Kurds, I do understand you think we deserve dead, but do you think Kurdish children deserve dead too? Let us know please. All this foreigners Ministers, none of them watched TV? Where was Islamic Conscience? However we are not expecting more than this from you, go ahead with your dirty cheap accusations, but Kurds (most of us) just laugh at your cheap moral.
