خطف نجم المنتخب التشيلي الكسيس سانشيز الأنظار في الجولة الثانية عشرة من تصفيات أميركا الجنوبية المؤهلة إلى مونديال روسيا 2018.
وقاد مهاجم آرسنال الإنكليزي الكسيس سانشيز منتخب بلاده تشيلي إلى فوز لافت على الاوروغواي 3-1 بتسجيله هدفين رائعين.
وجاء الهدف الأول لسانشيز الذي حام الشك حول مشاركته في المباراة بسبب معاناته من مشكلة عضلية في الدقيقة 60 بعدما استقبل كرة من رمية قبل يصوبها صاروخية في الشباك.
أما الهدف الثاني فجاء في الدقيقة 76 بعدما استلم كرة طولية وانطلق بها كالسهم وتخطى الدفاع الأوروغوياني قبل أن يودع الكرة في الشبك.
وفي سياق متصل اثار سانشيز القلق لدى جماهثير آرسنال بعد التقارير التي راجت مؤخرا حول قرب رحيله عن الفريق ورفضه تمديد عقده من أجل الانتقال إلى مانشستر يونايتد.
وكانت شبكة "سكاي سبورت" قد أكدت أن مستقبل النجم التشيلي أليكسيس سانشيز لا يزال غامضا، مشيرة إلى أنها ترجح رحيل المهاجم في نهاية الموسم الحالي.
ونشر موقع "غريت غول" الرياضي الإنكليزي مجموعة من التغريدات التي غرد بها أنصار النادي الإنكليزي والتي عبروا من خلالها عن قلقهم من إمكانية انتقال سانشيز إلى مانشستر يونايتد.
