ترصد "إيلاف" بالصور الفرحة الإيطالية الكبيرة بإقصاء إسبانيا حاملة لقب النسختين الماضيتين من كأس الأمم الأوروبية في قمة لقاءات الدور ثمن النهائي من البطولة المقامة حالياً في فرنسا مع تسليط الضوء على المفاجأة الآيسلندية بإخراج إنكلترا من الدور ذاته، وذلك في مشاركتها القارية الأولى.

وكانت إيطاليا قد ألحقت هزيمة بإسبانيا بثنائية نظيفة، فيما قلبت آيسلندا تأخرها بهدف أحرزه القائد واين روني إلى فوز بهدفين قبل انقضاء 20 دقيقة على بداية المباراة ليسدل الستار على مباريات دور الـ16.
